Hi, I’m Dr Matt. I’m a registered acupuncturist and herbal medicine practitioner with the goal of making you feel fabulous.
My gentle and honest approach will guide you to understanding your body’s cues better and increase your confidence in your health and wellbeing. I always approach practice with a high level of warmth and compassion.
I have experience in treating a range of skin health and dermatological issues and men’s health and fertility, however I hold a special interest in cosmetic acupuncture and facial rejuvenation wellbeing. This incorporates general health and body acupuncture, combined with facial cosmetic acupuncture to help bring out your best features and make you feel fabulous.
I also have a keen passion on health issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ community. I focus and strive to provide a safe, open and supportive space, recognising that these individuals face their own unique set of challenges when seeking equitable and affirming healthcare. In particular I’m dedicated to ensuring that trans and non-binary people receive physical and emotional support at whatever stage of their transition journey.
I value the importance of inter-professional practice and collaboration with other healthcare practitioners, combining both western and traditional Chinese medicine approaches to achieve optimal health outcomes for my clients.
I graduated RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chinese Medicine)
He is fully registered with the Australian Heath Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA), Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and most private health funds.
